WakeReps: Exercise Alarm Clock
Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how byeshe (the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the WakeReps: Exercise Alarm Clock mobile application (the “Application”). The Application is provided as a freemium service.
Information you provide
The Application may store information you choose to enter, including alarm times, labels, repeat schedules, ringtone selection, volume and vibration preferences, challenge type (push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, or math), repetition or question targets, snooze settings, language, and wake-session history. This information is used on your device to schedule alarms, show the ringing experience, run the selected challenge, and remember your preferences.
The Application does not require you to create an account. If you contact us for support, we receive the information in your message, such as your email address and anything you choose to include.
Camera and on-device exercise detection
If you grant camera permission, the Application may use the camera during a movement challenge (push-ups, squats, or jumping jacks) to detect body pose and count repetitions. Pose detection runs on your device with ML Kit. We do not save camera frames, video, or pose landmarks, and we do not upload them to our servers for analytics or advertising.
Movement challenges require camera access. If you deny or later revoke camera permission, the Application returns you to the ringing screen; it does not offer a tap-to-count manual fallback. You can snooze if snooze is enabled, or complete a math challenge if you selected that challenge type when creating the alarm. The first use of pose detection may download an on-device model through Google Play services.
During a movement challenge, the Application may speak short cues through the device text-to-speech engine. Depending on the engine installed on your device, that provider may process the prompt text under its own policy.
Local storage, backup, and notifications
- Alarm settings, selected ringtone URIs, and wake history (including labels and challenge results) are stored in the Application’s private storage on your device.
- The Application uses exact alarms, notifications, full-screen ringing, vibration, and a foreground media-playback service so alarms can ring on time, including after reboot when the system allows it.
- If your device has Android backup enabled, Android or your device provider may back up Application data according to your device and Google account settings. That backup may include locally stored alarm and history data.
- You can delete alarms in the Application or remove locally stored Application data by clearing app data or uninstalling the Application.
Information collected automatically
The Application and its service providers may automatically process limited technical and usage information, such as device and operating-system information, app version, language, coarse region inferred from an IP address, advertising or app-instance identifiers, install-referrer information, feature interactions (for example whether an alarm rang, was snoozed, timed out, or a challenge was completed, including challenge type and repetition counts), purchase status, crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data. We use this information to operate the Application, understand aggregate usage, prevent abuse, fix problems, configure features, and support advertising and purchases.
Analytics events are designed not to include camera frames, pose coordinates, custom alarm-label text, or ringtone URIs. Those items can still exist in local storage and in device backups.
The Application may download fonts (including Google Fonts) so the interface can render in your language. Font providers may receive a technical request from your device.
Advertising and consent choices
The free version may display ads through Google AdMob and mediation partners. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, advertising providers may process advertising identifiers and usage information to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize ads. Where required, the Application presents a consent form. You can reopen privacy options from Settings, and you can also adjust advertising privacy settings on your device. A Google Play premium subscription currently removes ads.
Purchases and payment
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. The Application may receive product, transaction, entitlement, and purchase-status information needed to provide purchased features, restore access, prevent fraud, and offer support.
Location
The Application does not request or collect precise real-time location data. Service providers may infer a coarse location, such as a country or region, from an IP address for security, analytics, consent, or advertising purposes.
Third-party services
The Application uses services that process data under their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services, Google Play, and Google Fonts
- Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config
- Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform
- Google Payments
- ML Kit on-device pose detection
- Meta Audience Network and Meta App Events
- TikTok / Pangle
- AppLovin
- Liftoff Monetize (Vungle)
- Mintegral
- InMobi

When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; to investigate fraud or abuse; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your alarm content or camera frames.
Retention and your choices
Locally stored content remains on your device until you delete it, clear Application data, or uninstall the Application, subject to any backup copies controlled by you or your device provider. Automatically collected data is retained according to the settings and policies of the relevant service provider and only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. You can stop future collection by uninstalling the Application.
For questions or requests concerning information held directly by us, contact play@byeshe.com. We may need information sufficient to verify and process your request. We cannot delete alarm or camera data that exists only on your device or in a backup account we do not control.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any backup accounts. Granting camera, notification, or exact-alarm permission is optional where the system allows it, but some wake-up features may not work without them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Application after an update means the revised policy applies.
